-- Act as department communication center. 

        - Monitor Radio & Telephone.

        - Stay on Alpha channel until directed otherwise.

        - If other than Alpha channel, record on black board & inform
           personnel as needed.

 -- Establish directions to the incident.  Provide each non fire truck
     responding driver with a written copy of the directions.

 -- Arrange and insure delivery of any requested items.

 -- Record Vehicles placed in Service.

 -- Record Personnel sent in each vehicle.

 -- Record Personnel reporting to the dispatch but not committed
     to a vehicle.

        - Those available to proceed to incident

 -- Execute fire report to the extent possible.

 --Remain at station until last unit returns to the station or relieved
    by officer in charge.

 -- Prepare ice chests for trucks with water, Gator Aid & Ice.
